A place where honest, carefully made cooking takes centre stage — without giving up an ounce of flavour. Seasoned with a pinch of culture, a spoonful of every corner of the world we've visited, and a family touch.
Our chef has a solid track record in Michelin-starred kitchens, from Spain to Stockholm, Singapore, London and New York. That experience shows in every dish, always with a local touch that adds something. And this is more than a restaurant: it's culture and food in the same place, with stand-up, comedy, mentalism and plenty more on our stage.
